Hi My ipod touch 2g needs it’s battery changed and I don’t want and won’t give it to apple for replacement because I can’t.
So i”ll solder the battery myself anyway but what happens if I buy a Iphone 3gs battery to get more battery life???

That is not physically possible, if you notice, the iphone is about twice as thick as the ipod touch so it has a battery that is almost twice as thick as the one in the ipod touch. It’s not possible to fit the iphone battery in the ipod touch.
Also, if you do mess around with anything in your ipod touch you void the warrently, so if you do need apples help they wont do anything.

The music you download from iTunes is drm protected. in order to play it on non-apple mp3/mp4 players, you need to remove the drm and convert the protected music to drm free mp3 format. the easiest way is to burn an audio cd in itunes and rip it back as mp3 format. The iPad 3G user can take on the date speed of 7.2 MBPS on a 3G network.

In Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK it will be available by the end of April. Apple iPad can easily be called the all-in-one device.
