Bluetooth Ipod Adapter in 2005 Audi A6?

I have bought two fm transmitters for my car, Griffin itrip and a DLO transmitter. Both are horrible. I have bluetooth in my car, and I was wondering if that sony adapter in the link above would play my music from my ipod through my car stereo? Thanks for your time.
