iPad Capacitive Stylus – Does a Pointed One Exist?!?
Hi,
I have an iPad with a notes application on which i want to use at University for taking notes down in lectures etc. The application itself is designed for handwriting and being able to draw out sketches etc. Obviously a finger is to big to write everything down in a lecture.
Ive bought a stylus off eBay which has a pointed, pen like nib at one end and a flat circular at the other. However, when its arrived its the flat big end which is capacitive which is no good to write on the iPad as its no smaller then a finger tip.
Does anyone know if a pointed, pen like capacitive stylus exists for the iPad and where from?
Apparently with capacitive screens you have to have a large area in contact with the screen. So no pointed styluses exist.
If you search google there are a lot of discussions about this problem, apparently a good compromise is a stylus with a rounded bottom, targus make one.
