My PC doesn’t recognize my iPhone as a USB. How do I fix the problem?
It sync to iTunes fine, just doesn’t recognize on my PC as a USB. I have restarted my phone and computer. Even tried plugging USB cable into multiple slots. I know the USB slots work. I tested them on another USB deviece.
You iPhone is working fine. IPhones and iPods don’t act like USB drives. They are designed to sync with iTunes only as far as putting stuff on them goes. You can copy pictures and videos from the camera, but you can’t put anything on without iTunes.
