error screen on ipod nano?
So I have a 4gig nano and I go in my car one day and look at the nano placed in my car charger/tuner for my radio. And the screen says firewire connections are not suported. to transfer songs, connect the usb cable provided. Press center to dismiss. So nothing I do works to get it off the screen. I wasnt transfering songs and I dont even have my computer with me to connect it to my usb. any suggestions?
You could try Apple’s suggested steps for reviving iPods, which they call ‘The Five Rs’.
The first of 5 possible steps is to Reset your iPod:
1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
2. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.
