Look, these other 2 answerer’s are yanking you. First, you look at the product. Sure, they’re both made in China. What isn’t these days??? Next, you look at the seller’s feedback. Both look ok, but the 2nd guy only has 13. That’s not a bad thing, just means he hasn’t been on eBay for years. They both look ok.

Remember, you always have recourse with eBay/ Paypal if need be. Just do your research on seller’s feedback, and you should be ok.
