Why is my Sansa c240 (v2) frozen and unrecognized?
I have a REFURBISHED Sansa c240 (v2) mp3 player.
It turns on but freezes at the “Sandisk” logo screen.
When it’s plugged in to the computer, it also freezes at that screen and isn’t recognized.
I followed the instructions here:

and everything was working up until the MSC part. Hold + |<< just isn't working!
Please help and thanks in advance!
