How to fix sony walkman mp3 player 8GB NWZ-E438F?

After using sony walkman mp3 player 8GB NWZ-E438F for a month without any problem. Suddenly the player keep start then off – try reset (many times)- but unable to turn on the player? Did when on Sony site to download updated shareware but the not fix the problems. Any one can help? Thanks

No man Just mail the sony company or call them to tellthem the problem and they will give you another free one trust me
