My Sony Walkman mp3 player isn’t working!?
I just got a sony walkman mp3 player yesterday and i was trying to put music on it, but when I plug it in something called Wizard pops up. It says “Windows will search for currant and updated software by looking on your computer, on the hardware installation CD, or on the Windows Update web site (with your permission) Can Windows connect to Windows Update to search for Software?” and then it gives me 3 options. 1) Yes this time only 2) yes now and every time I connect a device 3) No not this time.
I clicked on the first option and it says Install software automatically? and I say yes and then if just searches for the MTP device, but it doesn’t work and I have to end the task
I tried going to My Computer to find it there, but it isn’t there! Also I’ve tried to charge it and that doesn’t seem to be working either.
Am I just being stupid or is there something wrong with my mp3 player and can I fix it?
