I have a zune and cant get the software to download onto my computer?
I need to be able to add and delete music…
Right now I cant do anything…
Everytime I try and download the software it gets all the way through and then says
“The ordinal 281 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll.”
and aborts the process…
I dont know what to do. I love my zune, and really want to fix it.
I cant seem to find a customer service number anywhere so cant call. (I’ve googled for one more than once, but always end up empty handed.)
Is there any way I could maybe use a different type of software? or does it HAVE to be the zune software?
I’ve had the original software downloaded onto my computer and then I had some issues and had to do a system restore… My computer works fine now, I just cant seem to do anything with my zune…
Help please, I’m desperate!!!
