The description of this product really gets you excited. And it’s not that it doesn’t do what it said it would but it is difficult to really understand at first. We too had problems downloading music. The device will actually allow you to download music on to it but you can’t play it back. In order to play back it must be on a SD card and that needs to be a 2GB or less. The color is great, and it works great for you kids. We also notice that sometimes the screen will freeze up and you can’t even turn it off without resetting. We purchased 2 for our 5 year olds, they both enjoy them. Unfortunately one of our girls lost hers already. Whether or not we replace it is up the air but since we purchased the speakers along with it we may be limited to this MP3.

I bought two of these media players for Christmas presents. The only thing that was a little disappointing is the other one I bought had games and this one doesn’t. Still well worth the money paid. My 5 year old daughter loves it and she is able to use it fine. Easy to sync, easy to use.

I got this for my seven year daughter for a Christmas gift and I am so happy with this purchase! She likes having her own electronic gadget(in pink) and it’s a better alternative than spending money on a portable DVD player or I-pod!

I purchased 2mix max sticks and 1 mix stick. Only 1 out of the 3 worked. With Digital Blue they have a no return, no refund, no exchanges policy. With the one that worked my daughter stepped on it and the screen cracked and now I dont have any! Bad experience!
