We do have the white Surge NT01 for the iPhone and it is in-stock on http://www.solararcadia.com as for the black one we sold out of all pre-orders and the next shipment wont be until early March.
There are 2 models, the NT01 which is for the iPhone and the NT02 for the iPod touch 2G. The first site you gave is for the iPod. No matter where you buy from you will get the USB cable as it’s included in the packaging.
If you use any other site outside of Solar Arcadia you will be waiting until March as well.

I want to start off by saying that if you think you have a cavity, you need to go to the Green Valley dentist and get it checked out right now.

The reason it is so important is because a cavity that isn’t treated can cause huge problems for you.
If a cavity goes untreated for too long, the bacteria that caused the cavity originally, can end up eating through more of the tooth and end up at the pulp.
